Good story. There seems to be no shortage of stories by people sharing their exploits with the Indian roadways and licensing process. Readers should compare how they do it in India with how it is done in China, Poland, Japan, and--even more grisly--Boston. Look at link title, a blog devoted to what they call driving in Boston.

I think if you go to a foreign country it will always look like a crazy crazy country only afterall.
 
42,000 accidents in USA may be more than 85,000 accidents in India per year, if you understand that the population is four times in India compared to USA.
