I haven't done business with him, but he seems to know his stuff and his website lists shipping to NY at $1000.   I bought my car, a CNG Crown Vic, in Kentucky and had it shipped to me in California. I got a great deal, my car had 777 miles and cost me $18,000 (including shipping) – sticker price was $34,000.   I can also tell you that it is highly unlikely you will find a better deal on an extra tank fitted.   Just my two cents. I think you posted that you had a bunch of FMQs - can you say how much you are letting them go for?   BTW - can I have your tri fuel Excursion when you are done with it?   Alan.
