I do not get why ford did not make stability control as standard feature the car cost over 23,000 USD, i guess ford is trying to save money, The Basic Hyundai Sonata Has Electronic Stability control why can't the Taurus

There was no deception there. If you would have paid attention you would have noticed that the car didn't have it. Nonetheless the Taurus gets excellent safety ratings both in crash tests and in real world accident statistics.
If I was to be in a crash I'd rather be riding in a Taurus than a Sonata any day.
You bought a safe car - now go and enjoy it !
