bdtifton,
I would like to set up a case with GM Customer Assistance. In order to set up the case I will need your complete contact information (including full name, mailing address and phone number), VIN, current mileage and involved dealership sent to me in an email. Also, could you please put a brief description of the problems you are experiencing?
Thank you,
Caron, GM Customer Service

obyone,
I would recommend speaking with your local dealer of choice. They will be able to explain any warranty information.

Because the Manufacture declined to repair their repair for the steering issue, I traded the car. I will never own a GM product again. They do not support their product or stand behind it. Moved over to Ford Edge.

I was replying to nmydst original post which indicated that she had bought the mop and glo from the dealership. Course GM doesn't sell the mop and glo rather than an add on by the dealer or another source of dealer profit.

obygone,
Yes the protectant comes with a warranty (Commadore Sales Products), it doesn't state anything about hand prints, but since it was placed there by the dealership themselves and the grease around my sunroof is from when they took down the headliner and put it back up, I would hope it would cover it. Those marks were not from us. Who knows what more of a mess they will make when they put the windshield in next week. If they try to clean it and it doesn't come out or leaves water stain marks I will push for a new headliner. I have a great dealer ship so far, we'll see. I ALWAYS put on my slips for service for them to be careful with the headliner. Why some guy with hands full of grease would be touching it is way beyond me? I'll let you know what happens.

That reminds me of an incident when I had owned a Lincoln that was in for warranty service and returned with a grease smudge on the steering wheel. I asked for a manager and the assistant service manager came out and looked at the grease smudge. He then licked his thumb and tried to wipe the grease smudge. I just couldn't believe my eyes. Talk about gross.
Hope you have better luck with yours.
