Replying to: oscar_gata (Oct 23, 2007 8:11 am) I am waiting for the 2008 Santa Fe and I was really hoping it came with bluetooth connectivity. I want to test drive a Rogue and RAV4 but both them are too small not enough room in the front driver area. So here I am back with the Santa Fe.

The Bluetooth system should be available for dealers to order within two weeks. It will be about $300 and will replace the upper sunglass holder. If you can't wait or its too much, you can always order a Bluetooth auto speaker off ebay. I got a prior generation Motorola one for $26. It would not be as deluxe as the Hyundai one, but it meet my needs: better sound quality and hands-free driving.

There has to be a huge lot full of 08s somewhere since they've been in production for 3-1/2 months. Looking at Chicago area dealer inventories it appears 07 Limiteds are nearly gone but there are lots of GLS and SE still around. Since SF is priced so well relative to the competition, it seems like more buyers are splurging for the fancy model than Hyundai expected. They're going to have to firesale the 07 GLS and SE leftovers soon -- I suspect even better deals on these may be around the corner. I also think the first 08s seen on dealer lots will likely be Limiteds. I suspect the 08 production mix will include more Limiteds and less of the other trims.
