We recently purchased a 2009 Passat wagon and with some help from the dealer figured out how to make calls using factory installed Bluetooth capability. We have not been able to use the steering wheel controls or access the Phone menu through the MFD. We can access the main Phone menu but cannot scroll through the options. The phone controls on the steering wheel simply do not work. Any suggestions? Thanks.
