established and defined the segment. Your reasoning regarding your purchase of a DTS over the CTS speaks volumes about your desire to drive a porky slushmobile rather than a true enthusiasts car. Nothing wrong with that decision, it's your money. But it says where your at. The CTS is not a bad offering, finally, but as far as it's intent and mission [marketing, size] it lags in miles behind the 3 series, or even the Audi A4. |

Replying to: rockylee (Nov 18, 2008 2:14 pm) rockylee...is it true that Chev really wants $46,995 for the 2010 Chevy Volt? Please tell me that's an Internet misnomer, man. To Ilovemysephia... Sounds just like the tax credits that were given for the imported Prius, nicht wahr? Are you saying it's okay for import Toyota products, but that it's not okay for real US company products made by US workers?

We will be very vulnerable for an attack by one of our global enemies and we would not have the manufacturing capacity to fight a WWIII, but nobody outside of a few can see that fact !!! If people would go back and research history about WWII instead of putting their suck in front of the boob tube watching Dancing With The Stars, then perhaps these folks that say let em' collapse would have a change of heart !!!! "WHAT'S GOOD FOR GENERAL MOTORS, IS GOOD FOR AMERICA" Let em' die and the great depression will look like a cake walk !!!! -Rocky

Replying to: steve_ (Nov 18, 2008 7:21 am) You won't find more patriotic people in this country than those who work for the Big 3 from top to bottom and it's not all their fault that our government sold them down the river !!! Our government should of fined Toyota, for hiding their recalls back in the 90's but they did nothing !!! What has our government done about the engine sludge, or the sticking accelerator issue with Lexuses ??? Nothing !!! If GM, did this my gawd the media would be running 24/7 news campaigns bashing UAW members and the Big 3 like they are doing now !!! -Rocky |
