My friend has the civic and he said that he got a ticket because the cop saw how fast he was going through his driver's side window. Hey great gas mileage. I think that the civic's do get better mileage than the 3's.

I have a mazda 3.. I've been broken into 3 times in the last week. It was advertised that there is an issue, mazda "failed" to let me know, and are not interested in helping their customers. Actually there email about the issue was that they don't consider it their problem and don't wnat to hear from me again. (there is a fault with the door.. causing the lock and alarm to dis-engage) I've been told that the door will get fixed... eventually. (It's been 2 weeks and I've phoned, they have no idea when it will be fixed) The car is fine... but buyer beware, bad customer service and failure to admit responsibility does not go down to well. |

The throttle was stuck open and I had to apply the brakes to slow the car down. Thank god I was in a garage and hit a cable fence! I'm wondering if you know the TSB number you allude to? I asked the dealership but they said they never heard of something like this (surprise). Thanks. Tuck |

Hello Everyone, I am looking at purchasing a 2004 Mazda 3. It is just the base model with about 60,000km on the vehicle. I was told it was never driven in the winter, and it looks like a very clean car. Automatic, triptonic transmission with a/c and keyless. I was curious to know what people thought for pricing on this vehicle. It will be my first and I'm not sure how well they hold their value, or really anything about Mazda's. Since its my first, would this be the kind of car I should look to getting into or should I be looking else where? Also I was wondering about pricing on parts? Are they fairly expensive or comparable to many of the other makes, such as GM, Ford, etc.? I was appreciate input from anyone with knowledge on these vehicles, or anything who has own one before. I really just want to make sure the dealership isn't just trying to makes lots of money off of me! I'm sure you all know how it is! Thanks! E |
