Replying to: marvinlee1 (Nov 13, 2008 8:06 pm) I also would have to agree that the discounts that are being quoted would not add up the same way on a base model car. Since it was listed as $1900 under invoice you would just see the difference of the lesser markup in the base car in the total discount. I would guess maybe the dealer has a bunch of Genesis inventory sitting around??? We have kept our stock to no more than 2 at a time and have (so far) been able to keep pricing at MSRP. Of course, right now if some one came in and made almost any offer over invoice I would probably take it. Seems like the car market has been down a little here lately..................................
