If I didn't know better, Hyundai should just pack up their bags and leave the US market, based on your assessments. Anyway, in case you haven't noticed, Hyundai has enjoyed higher than predicted sales of Limited trims on the Veracruz and Azera, as initially the base and mid-range trims was predicted to make up the bulk of the sales. |

When Genesis does arrive in the US it will be interesting to see if Hyundai sales / service dealers are better trained this time with the launch of a new "flagship". In my area they were not prepared when Azera was launched. Examples: Sales dept. Inform consumer at time of purchase the no cost program settings available for locks, seats etc. Service dept. Not charging the consumer to set the programs above. Reducing the air pressure from the ocean voyage setting Reading and comprehending TSB's published online. Hyundai Korea: If the passenger wiper arm still doesn't clear the hood.....

Replying to: bucwild (Mar 17, 2008 12:55 pm) I think it's a very clean design, almost unassuming to be honest. Not quite as aggressive as the concept that was shown with the vents in the hood. Personally, I can see the Genesis Coupe appealing to a lot of folks. Direct competition for the IS, G35 Coupe, Z 370 and the like. I guess you can look at it as the mature Tiburon!
