Go to arbitration. You can go to arbitration prior to filing under the lemon-law. Call Toyota USA, explain your problem(s), and if they can't or won't fix the issue(s), then tell them you would like to go to arbitration. There is no cost to you and the decision is binding for Toyota but if you do not like the results, you can pursue other action.

Hi neil0311
Can you tell us more about your "Brake Rotor Problem"?
Best regards. ---- Dwyane

In order to improve FE and reduce unsprung weight the brake rotors have been being made with less metal/weight. That results in less ability to shred heat quickly when the brakes are used, especially somewhat continuously, even lightly.

Now with most cars equipped with DBW, e-throttles, I don't understand why the manufacturers don't put a stop to people riding the brake continuously with their left foot. Keep the engine at idle regardless of footfeed position if the brakes are applied.

Not pointing fingers at anyone here just responding to the number of high mount brake lights on with the car cruising merrily along as I drive to work each day.

I didn't know about the lighter rotors, but it makes perfect sense. I drive mainly hwy miles and don't ride the brakes, but it may explain a few things. I brought my car into the dealer for a pull and slight shimmy both when the brakes are applied and when driving at hwy speed. The dealer did a 4 way alignment and replaced all 4 rotors. I'm not sure if they needed to be replaced, but the problem is gone.

Oh no. Not that ole GM Rotor problem again. I won arbitration on an early 90s Camry. Bad Paint... They gave me back all my money including finance charges.
This is my first Camry /sedan, coming off trucks and hatch backs. The buy back Camry was the wifes.
I got the 07 LE becaues I needed someting a little quieter on wind and road noise because I listen to a lot of MP-3 and have in the past had to crank it up on the road just to hear the music. So far so good after 2 months and I am very picky. You might say I bought their radio and had to get their car too because it came with the radio. I love the steering controls especially. Good Base - solid MP3.
Good Luck!

I read your post about the shimmy and you having the rotors replaced. My 07 LE V6 also has the shimmy. Im going on a long trip in June and need it fixed by then. My car just shakes at speeds over 30-40mph. More noticeable on highway. Im driving from PA to NY then up to Marthas Vineyard then back to NY, then back to PA. going to be at least 1500 miles in a week.
Hope they can fix it.

Best question to ask is when did it start... If you have not replaced your wheels with non-OEMs that use centric rigs to center the wheel, most likely cause is a tire going out of round. To check that, jack up the care on both sides, front end left and right first until the tires barely clear the floor.
Then spin the tires (trans out of gear, on level surface). Note any scuffing as the tire rotates. If a tire is out of round due to internal tire damage, there is no cure for the tire. The tire must go. Next most likely is balance. I found that the best tire balancing machine on the market if you have a tire needing ballance is the one recommended by tireRack: the Hunter DSP-9000.
The Firestone shop here uses one. I require it now. I had EBay OEMs put on this new Camary and the balance was perfect. The car came with steel wheels. I've had problems in the past using lesser machines.

Basing a major purchase on a sound system is not sound, IMO.
I bought from Rice Toyota in Greensboro, NC as they are the volume leader in the Triad.
Camry's are selling like cold drinks on a hot beach.
Toyota has sold over 600,000 '07 Camrys so far.
Just can't imagine the volume of problems in the overal production run so far reaching the levels some posters are claiming.
Consumer Reports readers/car owners agree.
Until I see black circles replacing all the red ones for the Cam in CR, I won't have much confidence in these reports.
