We asked a certified mechanic to look into this. Get a Lemon Law lawyer. They will provide you with a mechanic that will vouch for the troubles. Trust me it works, but the process will take long. We ended up keeping the car and documented every issue. When we took Jeep to court we ended up winning 25K. The mechanic was called to the stand and verified the issue. Needles to say I got the same repsonse from the dealer like you have. They will continue to try and fix the problem and documented as such. The lemon law states it has to be the same problem. The car dealers know this so they write it up differently. Be very careful what you sign because these million dollar compaines have good lawyer and will try to wah this out as it not being a lemon. Stick to your guns and get leagal advise and a certifed mechanic that deals with lemon laws. This is the only thing that will help

Replying to: wheels_r_super (Apr 29, 2007 3:47 am) Thanks for the reply and sorry this took almost a year I got a good deal on replacement Bridgestones, DONT ASK ME WHY I purchased 4 Potenza G-009. Performance all seasons. They look nice and got a steal on them. Local Bridgestone dealer gave me a milesage trade in deal and I had only 14K on my OEM Turanzas. I couldnt afford Michelin A/S at $625.00 so i got the G-009s for $250 or so. The tires are HORRIBLE. They shake and shummy for ahile before balancing out but even then they still wobble. I saw one of the Bridgestone guys a few months ago at a coffee shoip and he recognized me and told me to bring them in so they could check, even though I got them closer to homw. Ill take it in next week whgen I get off overnight shift, hopefully Ill respond here with any results.

Replying to: eroc69 (Apr 28, 2007 4:28 pm) I've had a shimmy in my 07 LE since new at highway speeds. It drives me nuts. I brought it to the dealer twice....the camber and two are exactly right. I also brought it to Tire Kindgom and they agree...the alignment is perfect. It only now has 23000 miles on it. I am thoroughly disgusted. This is my 4th Camry....the others were flawless.
