The latter deserve a lot more blame than they currently receive - ok? One has to wonder why personal finance is virtually not taught - other than in the most remedial forms - in the American public K-12 system. Could it be intentional? I wonder who would lobby for such a thing. |

Actually the study authors failed to consider that as gasoline goes past $10 a gallon people will start shooting each other over petrol, thus increasing the deaths. |
