Not too much of a difference, but, with the OEM mats under will make the WeatherTech mats a little saggy on the outside edges.

Not too much of a difference really, but, with the OEM mats under will make the WeatherTech mats a little saggy on the outside edges, where most of the water run to and makes soaking-up the water on the WeatherTech mats a little easier during the winter, especially if you have kids getting in and out of the SUV with them snow and ice covered dirty snow boots...

I just got a nice Yukon SUV. My wife has these two big nasty dogs that she likes to take with us camping. JUST BOUGHT THE DENALI IN LATE JAN 08 OVER 40 PAINT CHIPS IN 3 MONTHS ,ISAY ITS CHEAP PAINT ,CHIPS ARE EVERYWHERE. MY 99 YUKON WITH 137000 MILES DOSENT HAVE MORE THAN 2 OR 3. ON THE HOOD ,BOTH DOOR TOP AND BOTTOM, BOTH FENDERS, BACK DOOR, ITS CRAZY .WHEN WE BOUGHT IT THERE WASN ONE ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR WITH CHIPS ALL OVER IT ,I WAS TOLD IT WAS IN SOME KIND OF ACCIDENT,IF I COULD TRADE TODAY AND NOT LOSE MY _ _ _ .IWOULD GIVE A SECOND THOUGHT ,SHOULD OF BOUGHT A ESCALADE,I DONT LIVE ON A DIRT ROAD , I DONT DRIVE ON THE HIGH WAY MUCH ,I THINK IT IS CHEAP PAINT ,AND BAD DESIGN ,THUMBS DOWN TO THE DENALI ! BIGMIKE
