Isn't it even more basic than that? The "fix" can be regarded as a new design or a redesign which ultimately has no bearing on the original design. I suppose one could argue that the redesign implies the original one was faulty but then the additional burden becomes having to prove the new design never displays the same problem.

i tow 3500 lb boat,youll hav no prob.go to u-haul and put on addtnl transmssion cooler,49$part,66$labor.no taking off bumper.thats dealer talk for extra profit likes its a hard job.1 hr job.thatll mount behind grill,in front of a/c condenser,plenty of air flow.cheap insurance.i have 2002 escape,2005 tribute,picking up 2008 escape ltd tomorow.30,000sticker.dealer invoice 23,458 -2000 rebate -1850m more off =25,580.with the 17" rims,leathr htd seats,moonroof.no nav system.really like the size and utility of them,obviously!
