Isn't it even more basic than that? The "fix" can be regarded as a new design or a redesign which ultimately has no bearing on the original design. I suppose one could argue that the redesign implies the original one was faulty but then the additional burden becomes having to prove the new design never displays the same problem. tidester, host

i tow 3500 lb boat,youll hav no prob.go to u-haul and put on addtnl transmssion cooler,49$part,66$labor.no taking off bumper.thats dealer talk for extra profit likes its a hard job.1 hr job.thatll mount behind grill,in front of a/c condenser,plenty of air flow.cheap insurance.i have 2002 escape,2005 tribute,picking up 2008 escape ltd tomorow.30,000sticker.dealer invoice 23,458 -2000 rebate -1850m more off =25,580.with the 17" rims,leathr htd seats,moonroof.no nav system.really like the size and utility of them,obviously!
