I don't mind helping. The quote I received is from Bob King Hyundai in Winston-Salem, NC. This is from their internet quote price and not by going to the dealer. You can request a free quote and they will send you an email. They have been a pleasure to work with and I am about a week away from purchasing. They even sent me an email to take $200 of the quote if I would purchase this weekend.
 
BTW, this is not the AWD and this did include Tax, Fees, etc. and the $1000 rebate for the competitive model.

While it may not be the best deal out there, I was happy with the purchase price for our 08 VC Limited from the dealer in Texas City. We purchased ours on August 22.
 
$30384
$ 1586.50 tax
$ 247.92 title, license, etc
$32218.42 drive out
 
I don't know if it was the smartest thing, but we also threw in the extended warranty for $947.

Do you typically keep a vehicle for a long period of time (6+ years) or drive a lot of miles (20-25K + per year)? If so, the extended warranty might make SOME sense.
 
Otherwise, on a vehicle with 10/100 coverage on powertrain and 5/60 on most else, I'm not sure the value is worth what you paid, but everone's peace-of-mind is priced differently.

You should be very happy with that deal. An 08 Limited for $30,384 (plus TT&L)? Best I have been quoted thus far in MD for that vehicle was $32,800.

Where is this? My dealers in Illinois are not budging on the prices. I have been trying to get an 07 Limited even 300 under invoice and it is next to impossible.

Go back and read the last 30-50 posts.
 
The best deal has been in TX, but others are making significant progress toward the $3800 goal.
 
I suggest you increase your search radius.

Have you tried Rosen Hyundai in Algonquin? They're usually pretty good. They also have 8 remaining '07s on their main lot that haven't moved an inch in a month and have about 10 '08s out back. I'm sure they want to move 'em.

I just purchased a base model SE with FWD. With the $1,000 competitive SUV encentive, my drive out price was $25,000. The price does not include trade in. I had 3 dealers scrambling to find the vehicle I wanted and the prices kept dropping each time they called.
