Hello all. Just an update. I have found that the internet quotes from dealers work great. Currently this is the offer that I am looking at. 2007 Black Diamond Limited with Ultimate Package and Black Saddle. Floor Mats and Cross Rails 31,758 OTD (This does include the 1000 cash rebate for competive model). Considering I started with one dealer at 34,100, I would say that I am making progress. |

Replying to: taruncheel (Sep 13, 2007 7:58 pm) Would you mind sharing what dealer you got that quote through or if you've found any dealers that have been more receptive to negotiating than the rest in the DC area? I'm in the hunt for the 2007 Veracruz Limited as well and it has been a slower process that I'd hoped...unfortunately, my primary car died last week and I'm crunched for time - it would be nice to get something this weekend and avoid a rental car while I keep looking and negotiating. Most everything I've seen is about $1100 below invoice before negotiations which seems to be significantly more than the deal you've got in hand... Also, please forgive my "newbie" question - but I'm assuming the OTD price does not include tax, title or tags but does include freight, advertising and processing fees? Thank you for any insight you can provide!!!!

Replying to: 2hoyas (Sep 14, 2007 12:47 pm) BTW, this is not the AWD and this did include Tax, Fees, etc. and the $1000 rebate for the competitive model. Hope this helps! |

While it may not be the best deal out there, I was happy with the purchase price for our 08 VC Limited from the dealer in Texas City. We purchased ours on August 22. $30384 $ 1586.50 tax $ 247.92 title, license, etc $32218.42 drive out I don't know if it was the smartest thing, but we also threw in the extended warranty for $947.
