Replying to: nategliscz (Mar 12, 2007 1:42 pm) All engines have a device designed to goose idle speed in anticipation of load such as AC. Different manufacturers refer to them with different names such as Idle Air Speed Control, etc. Any decent mechanic can isolate this problem with usually a cheap fix.
