Decisions by pf_flyer HOST

This is not the first suspect decision Tiger has made in a major. I recall a shot where his ball was against a partially buried rock and he hit it anyway, risking serious injury. And another time where he hit a shot that the follow through was going to immediately hit a tree. Another instance where ANYTHING could have happened. There are instances or golfers breaking clubs during swings and having been seriously injured by the flying shaft fragments.

I've thought all along that his body would eventually force a swing change becuase he just wouldn't be able to swing that hard forever. I really thought it would be his back, but your knees are another weak spot.

The same type of thing happened to the Williams sisters in tennis. When you are young and wirey the body is much more flexible and heals quicker. The years and pounds make it a lot tougher on the body to perform at the same high levels. It breaks down.

I think Tiger has always thought of himself as indestructable... like most young athletes. It will be interesting to see how he handles this setback.

He cultivated such a clean and pure image of himself... last person I'd ever think to be caught with his hand in the cookie jar. Cheating on his wife who was 3 months from delivering their child. Makes him a classless loser in my book.

What absolutely amazes me is that he (or his handlers) seem to think by keeping quiet this is all going to go away.

Those who don't learn from history (and that's an awful lot of folks) simply repeat it

Can you imagine your or I hitting a tree and a fire hydrant and then laying on the ground and NOT getting a sobriety test? Fat chance.

You know why he hit both the hydrant and the tree, don't you?

He couldn't decide between an iron or a wood.

Ba-dump-da!

Or,

What's the difference between a Cadillac Escalade and a pitching wedge?

Tiger can back up a wedge.

I'm here all week.

He has checked himself into a sex rehab clinic. Motivation? Either to get his wife, or his endorsements, back. I would think he cares very little about his wife, to have done what he did, which was multiple sex partners over multiple years while married. If Tiger wanted kids without the excess "baggage" of a wife, he should have done what Michael Jackson and Angelina Jolie did... buy some.

He's got a long way to beat Warren Beatty, with claims of 12,000 women. (I did the math on that, and if he started when he was 18, and now he's 72, that's STILL a helluva lot of time and effort).

A columnist re-posted through The Week magazine noted how similar all of Tiger's ladyfriends were to Barbie (and the columnist did apologize to Barbie fans), suggesting a kind of addiction to the Hugh Hefner model of womanhood. (yet another prize?).

72-18=54 years x 365 = 19710 days + 13 days (leap years) =19723
x 24 hours =473352 hours / 12,000 = once every 39 hours
