I have been trying to acquire my ESN number from radio to start my satellite service in my ford escape.I continue to recieve the message "Getting ESN" and nothing happens. Please help me. Kenneth

Did you get the siruis kit installed? NO Escape (prior to 2008) comes from the factory with Sirius. Mark. If you do have the kit installed. Call in the installer.
