My cx-9 bluetooth was working just phone until last week, now the phone light does not light on the console, and the system never see's any phone. Here is what I have done Deleted all phones Added each phone again - (the process works, my phone gets the mazda blue tooth device added - I even deleted the device from the phone and synched again) Tried to synch the phone to the car and get the same message on both phones device unavailable or not powered up. Now during the adding options the system saw the phones but they never connect. As a sanity check I tested both phones with a bluetooth headset and they work, so I do not have a phone problem. The dealership wants me to drop the car off for a day for them to look at it. There must be some type of system reset I can perform. Any ideas?

ok, first let me say the dealer had my car for a few days and found nothing as far as why when I shut off the vehicle the interior fan would come on for 5-10 minutes on full blast (eventually killing my battery) now keep in mind they told me to bring it in for a recall for that issue. But once there I was told they know nothing of this issue. I had the door checkers replaced , the doors are large and swing open haphazardly. The new door checkers really dont help much at all. And now the new issue, I get in adjust the seat and drive, while I am driving I thought I felt my seat back move without my touching the button. So I parked in my back yard got out the ole video camera, put it on time lapse... and about 15 minutes after getting out the sea slowly inches completely to the upright position. I do like the way this vehicle looks and handles , but I have to honestly say I will not buy another I will go back to the X5 or maybe X3. And last , the loaner car was a nightmare, it was worst than a cab dirty, sticky, smelly. Never again , never again |

and also my Bluetooth no longer works either favorite saying...... "phone not available" should say phone ignored
