Help with 92 Chevy Full Size Van

I have a full size Chevy Van and slid off the road into a ditch and the power steering works but the wheels won't turn. The linkage doesn't look broken. Is there a knuckle connection that I could have sheered off bolts from the steering column to the steering linkage? If there is a possibilty of this, how hard is that to replace? Its a 92 Chevy 20 Brougham. Thanks for any advice you could give me.
