I got a similar one as a Secret Santa gift one year and it was too cumbersome. I used it more at the office, when I sprained my lower back. Now it's in a box some where, collecting dust.

I have one of those, they're good. Price is excellent, they're usually $170-190, more towards the high end.

We have one too, though it's slightly older. We also have one from a different manufacturer - neither of them include updates, and that's the really expensive part.

Yeah, I think the maps alone are $85. A one-time update is $60 or so, from Garmin at least.
