Article comments for First Drive: 2008 BRP Can-Am Spyder Grand Sport Roadster - The Can-Am Spyder is a strange-looking vehicle, and when we had a test ride on the West Coast of Florida just south of the Kennedy Space Center, there were questions. Always questions. (more)

about time. I've been wondering for the last 20 years when something like this would be built. on the other hand, (ttbuyer), it has almost all of the joys of a motorcycle, w/o the most dangerous aspects of a motor cycle. (and lane-splitting isn't allowed in PA anyway) |

I took these photos today at a snowmobile show in Albany, NY that BRP/Can-Am was at. I will say that it felt very comfortable (sitting still!) http://www.6impossible.com/spyder/

I have a good friend who has been a motorcycle dealer for over 40 years. He claims Sea-Doo's dealer/customer support sucks so bad they had to drop them. Seems the stuff breaks a lot and is always in the shop. I wouldn't have anything made by Bombardier for that reason. Y'all go ahead waste your money on this fad...
