Same here. Actually, we've never accumulated too much on it, but just collecting "GM cash" for spending money elsewhere has always been fine by us.

Right now we're actually itching to buy an Enclave, but with the past 2 GM vehicles...about a month after purchase was when a GM Card bonus earnings thing would show up, with an extra $1 or $2k on top of what was already there. If we could only get another one of those card bonuses soon...and not go buy again, only to have it show up the next day

I was told recently "usually in December-January-February", but of course, just a good guess.

How much should I offer on loaded SLT2? by johnbrain

I am looking at both the Outlook and the Acadia.Wife likes outlook interior more. I know the Acadia has slightly better suspension but for wife those things aren't big deal.

So with my Supplier discount a loaded Outlook FWD (nav, dvd player, trailer, back uo cam, leather, 7 passenger, remote start package) with an MSRP of 39,910 has a supplier price of $38301. I believe there is also $500 cash.

My GMC dealer has a comparably equipped Acadia FWD. Everything but the HUD and wheel package. MSRP $42360 Supplier price $39638.

Since GMC does not have fixed pricing like Saturn, should I offer $500 (or more or less) below invoice? Or just offer the Saturn price? I know they have a god size inventory at my SoCal dealer in town so supply is not an issue. Many of you have noted the dealers are getting above invoice on the Acadia but I have to give it a shot.

I may wind up with the Saturn since its my wife's car but I want her to see both.

Any advice is appreciated.

When I was actively shopping two weeks ago, my local GMC dealer offered me any Acadia on his lot for invoice less incentives. He even offered to order me one to my specifications at invoice less incentives. Just about every dealer I spoke with offered the same deal. I'm in VA where the market is a lot less competitive than SoCal, so you should easily be able to match my offers.

I created a lease spreadsheet with everything I've learned here. Is it possible to get an SLT2 2wd with nav dvd sunroof leather 7 passenger comfort pkg zero down zero drive off for UNDER $590/month in SoCal?

Good deal on '08 SLT-1 FWD? by zoesdad

Been monitoring for a while so now it's my turn to post:

As noted in title, '08 SLT-1 FWD
Liquid Silver Metallic with Ebony Leather
2-2-3 seating
Preferred Pkg
Convenience Pkg
Rear power liftgate
heated wiper fluid
115V power outlet

MSRP: $35,500
Total purchase price: $33,871 ($32,793 selling price + $1,055 sales tax + $23 tags and fees).

Essentially, I was given a $500 Conquest rebate and a "preferred customer discount" of $2,707.

I believe invoice was approximately $32,300.

Wanted the dual sunroof but dealer did not have a FWD SLT-1 with both 2nd row captains chairs and the dual sunroof. Most vehicles on the lot were AWD, which I didn't want. (Didn't necessarily want the heated wiper fluid or power outlet either, but that is how it was equipped...).

Had a nice sales experience with dealer, all-in-all (J. Koons in Tyson's Corner, VA).

Please let me know if you have any reaction; good, bad or indifferent to this purchase, thanks!

0% Financing on 07's by winedogs

GMC is offering 0% financing for 60 months on all remaining Acadia's. First saw this on TV and verified it on PAGMCDeals.com. Has anyone purchased an 07 using this offer?

What should I expect to pay on an 07 Acadia this late in the year? I would assume that having 08's in the market should put a 07 Acadia well under invoice? Any input would be appreciated.

GMC Acadia SLE FWD by asantheb

I got a quote for 2008 GMC Acadia SLE-1 FWD with 2 Captains Chairs (ABB), Remote Keyless Entry with Remote start, Ultrasonic Rear Assist (PDD) and AM/FM Radio w/In-Dash CD Changer (US8) for $29,706 + TT&L.

This quote was from Ewing Plano, TX dealership and in response to a quote request from Edmunds.

Is this a good price? I also noticed that they applied a $500 rebate to get to the $29,706? Is this the conquest rebate and is it 500 or a 1000?

Hi,
I've been following this forum and the Saturn Outlook forum as well.

The Outlook forum seems to be very, very slow. I am more interested in the Outlook because I prefer its looks over the Acadia. But, no one seems to be posting in the 'prices paid' area.

Does this mean that people don't like the Outlook? Or is just that you can get a better deal on an Acadia?

I've been reading other GMC forums and no one really has metioned any thing, except that the Outlooks aren't selling as well as the Acadia... But why? Is it just the price difference?

So, I have sent requests for quotes on the Outlook all over California, and everyone is just asking MSRP. I guess that's why people rather go with the Acadia. But, I really do like the Outlook a bit more and will try to see if they come down in price since they are not selling very well.
