Demo lease '09 Touring in Mass by docky

Does anything change when it comes to CX9 2009 Touring demo? Didn't buy, but got down to $28,500 for a demo with 4K miles (I think they would have made a few bucks with the trade, but it paid off my note), it had remote start and moonroof/bose pkg.
 
What would a lease look like with 15k miles per year?

Can you please post the CX-9 Sport and Touring models for 2 and 3 year leases, each with 15k mi / yr. If there's any lease cash or other support, can you list it as well,

Hey hooops. Here you go. Chase's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24 month lease of a 2009 CX-9 Sport AWD with 15,000 miles per year are .00009 and 54%, respectively. The numbers for an otherwise identical 36 month lease are .00081 and 46%.
 
Its money factors for the '09 CX-9 Touring AWD are exactly the same, but its residual values for this model are 1% higher at 55% and 47%.

No problem, hooops. Yes, Mazda is currently providing a $2,000 cash incentive on leases of the '09 CX-9 using its special program.

36 month lease
15k miles per year
Sales Tax and 1st month at signing = $2,200
Dealer is making my last 3 payments on my current car ($342/month) and is covering the $450 in over-milage fees on my current lease.
 
$483/month

Hi alextroy. The easiest way for me to evaluate this deal would be to look at what this truck's selling price is in relation to its MSRP. The selling prices of leased vehicles are negotiable, just as if you were paying cash for or financing them. It is important for you as a consumer to know how much you are being charged for the item that you want to purchase. Let us know what these numbers are and I'm sure that either myself or another helpful community member will gladly let you know what they think.

My lease on my 2008 CX-9 GT expires 10/08/09. Do you know the money factors and residuals for 2009 GT with 15K miles per. Also do you know if the 2010's will be out son and what that ease info is?
