Does anybody know residual and money factor for GT, 15K miles and 36 months on 2009's? Are there any incentives for the month?

I'm looking at a 2008 GT with just about every option GT assistance, Moon roof Dual headrest dvd, looking at $469 on a 36 month lease at 12K with Tax and tags paid out of pocket. Replying to: e39bimmer (Dec 02, 2008 10:40 pm) my payment for a 2009 GT AWD is $550. However, i was told that chase is running a killer deal on 2008 leases. The interest rate was .5% and the residual was 44% for 15K mile lease. Your deal sounds really good. Good luck.

The numbers for an otherwise identical 39 month lease are .00138 and 46%.   Mazda is currently providing a $1,250 cash incentive on leases of the '09 CX-9.
