Sorry for the double post in car buying questions. Ididn't see tis forum topic.   Car_Man,   Can you give me the current money factors and residual values for a CX-9 Grand touring fully loaded. MSRP around $40K for a 36 and 39 month lease with 15K miles per year for someone with excellent credit >800 FICO. Are there any current dealer incentives on 09's? Does anybody know residual and money factor for GT, 15K miles and 36 months on 2009's? Are there any incentives for the month?

I'm looking at a 2008 GT with just about every option GT assistance, Moon roof Dual headrest dvd, looking at $469 on a 36 month lease at 12K with Tax and tags paid out of pocket. Replying to: e39bimmer (Dec 02, 2008 10:40 pm) my payment for a 2009 GT AWD is $550. However, i was told that chase is running a killer deal on 2008 leases. The interest rate was .5% and the residual was 44% for 15K mile lease. Your deal sounds really good. Good luck.

Mazda's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2009 CX-9 Grand Touring AWD with 15,000 miles per year are .00093 and 48%, respectively. The numbers for an otherwise identical 39 month lease are .00138 and 46%.   Mazda is currently providing a $1,250 cash incentive on leases of the '09 CX-9.
