'08 CX-9 GT Lease - Please help by katzonice69

Just received a quote from a local NJ dealership. I'm having him email me all of the terms of the lease, but it seems quite amazing.

'08 CX-9 GT AWD (Moonroof/Bose Package, BSMS)
24 month lease at 12k miles per year

MSRP: $37,450
Invoice (acc. to Edmunds) - $34,190
Cap. Cost - about $31,900
Fees (TTL+1st pmt) Due at signing - ?
W/Tax - $440/month

This is a little more than $2000 below invoice which i find to be great compared to evevryone else. Also, we are probably going to put $1000 down which brings the payments to under $400/month.

What would the "fees" due at signing amount to? Im assuming somewhere around $795?

Your deal is amazing......Here is the best I can do in Florida.

08 GT FWD (White) - Bose / Rear Cam / Homelink / SAT Radio
MSRP 37045
Sell - 33037 - 750 Rebate
Res 49%
MF. 2.11 (.00088)
36 Months 15k
1250.00 Out of pocket
Fees = First Payment + 595 Aq Fee + 399.99 Dealer Fee + 100 for Tag/Tire fee
Payment 448.49 + Tax

I figure my payment to MSRP is 92% so I feel pretty good about this.

Any thougths?

xwa318,

Which dealer was that from? Is that w/o Nav.?

Ferman in Brandon is also at a MF of .00088 and 49% Res. So it looks like itis all about the Cap. negotiations.

***Does anyone know what March with bring on CX-9 leases? I don't have to turn in our current lease until 3/12..

Thanks!

No NAV on this deal. This offer is from both Tyrone and Cox. Both Fermans could not match the deal.

The sense that I am getting is they want to move these vehicles. I got a call from another dealer today that said he would beat the 2 previous deals if I would buy this weekend. This dealer previously said he could not do it. Waiting to see what he comes up with.

See above link on leasecompare.com. These are supposedly Mazda's lease rates. Good luck.

dip007,
Do you include tax into your "Good" estimates for a $40000 vehicle in the 95 and 90 ratio ranges. Or am I expected to add my tax onto the $416 or $444 per month. Also...why is kscap's ratio's wrong when he tried to figure them. I'm having trouble following the formula. I tried both directions with the deductions on kscap's and add his amount for his lower DP didn't make sense to me and made the ratio lower dramatically....decreasing it like he did gave me his ratio. What am I doing wrong?
