If an automatic Hyundai Sonata V6 can hit sixty in under seven seconds, the Accord V6 MT can achieve even lower. I hope people don't buy the G6 GTP thinking that it's some kind of rocket... It's just slightly faster than a family sedan.

"It's just slightly faster than a family sedan." Yeah, but V6 family sedans ARE fast now. They have made much greater gains in speed than sports cars have. 10 years ago doing 0-60 in 6.2 seconds was Mitsubishi Eclipse turbo territory (and I think it's still about what the current Eclipse V6 can muster). Replying to: whateverdude (Feb 05, 2007 3:20 pm) I never said that family sedans weren't fast. I'm making a relative comparison to a GTP badged coupe and a family sedan. You pay for the GTP badge, not for the performance. Let's not get carried away.
