C240 vs BMW 330

Hi, I'm currently looking into getting a new/used card MB 240/230. After researching people are leaning towards Beamer 330. How come? what does the Beamer have that MB doesn't. It comes to preference between the too with Mercedes being a little more refined and BMW more of a driver's car. Anyway Mercedes 240 and BMW 330 are not a good match. The difference between this two models is big in the favor of the BMW). Even a BMW 325 can easily dust a Mercedes 240. 330 is in another league. If these are your choices I'll say BMW all the way.

I don't understand the comparison either. Today, the C350 is probably a better comparison to a BMW330. I drive a C280 - and I wouldn't even look at an old C240.
