Hi All, Got this deal from the dealer Touring AWD White/ Sand with Bose/ Moonroof - MSRP 35360 (Same as edmunds) - Invoice (according to dealers sheet) including the destination charge and NY assessment fee ($411) is $33,082 - Quoted: 31082 (2k off invoice, with 2.9% APR financing) If I dont want the 2.9% APR, then he is willing to go 3k off invoice (30,082). Is asking for a 295 processing fee besides the tax and title. Any comments? If anyone wants, mail me for the dealer name and person name.

If it is not part of the TT&Ls charge to the state and local Gov't it is most likely just a extra profit for the dealer fee. $295 is high for a processing fee. With the 2.9% that would be $1300 off invoice. Get rid of the extra fees. Good Luck! |

I am looking at the Cx-9 as a replacement for my 05 odyssey. I like the sporty handling and styling, good reviews, etc. Also looking at the usual challengers, Outllok/Acadia (which I hear are slugs to drive by comparison, but I like the extra interior space). 2 questions: I can find about 70 CX-9s (all versions) within a reasonable radius (I'm in RI) and a grand total of ONE has the DVD player. Are these simply not being imported or do they get snapped up, or both? My 3 kids will have withdrawal if I don't get a dvd, and aftermarket solutions seem weak at best. I am reading about the amazing deals people are getting: more than $1000 below invoice, along with reasonable residuals and money factors on leases. If this is such a great car, why the huge discounts? Did Mazda just import too many? Are they not selling well? |

Replying to: buzzard7 (Feb 20, 2008 8:14 am) As for Mazda dealers, many don't know much about the CX-9, so you might want to check with another dealer about the possibility of installing BSM. Else, take it up with Mazda customer service (not sure they can do anything...) |

Replying to: seloo (Jan 18, 2008 11:40 am) 07 CX-9 $0 under invoice. At invoice. 08 CX-9 $1487 under invoice. The new standard for this car is around $1K under invoice. Watch out for the extra fees! Includes rebates (If there are any). Paying extra fees (Doc Fee, etc...) are still having an impact on these deals. Keep posting those good deals. |
