Replying to: derrickson (Dec 18, 2008 9:10 am) I bought the Sport, and didn't get that much off MSRP. Anyone know anything about the "Assessment" cost being a valid invoice item or no?

Sites like Edmunds do not track such fees because they vary from region to region. If you go to price out a car here on Edmunds, you will see a link to "advertising fees" and their explanation as to what they are, and why they do not track them. |

I'm about to buy a CX-9 touring model. MSRP $36,000 and offered to me at $27,500 plus 0 APR for 60 months. Is that a good deal? it seems like i can negotiate a bit further. Has anyone gotten the 10,000 off MSRP with special financing?
