A "rebate" is a taxable discount. The incentive is $4,250 or 0% financing for up to 60 months. Your choice. You cannot combine both. |

Has anyone tried negotiating a price on the 2009's? It seems to me that buying a 2008 vehicle in late Nov / early Dec 2008 leaves you with a one year old car the day after you take delivery. Edmunds calculates the first year depreciation as ~$7,700 (~$7,500 on the 2009). Mazda does offer some incentives (financing) on the 2009s. I'm also wondering if anyone thinks that the $4,250 incentive is likely to be increased in Dec. Thanks for your thoughts |
