MSRP with the options is $38,450. I have visited a few local dealers and was trying to get it for <30K out of the door (30K is max). But no luck so far. I went to another dealer today and told him what I was looking for & asked him if there are any promotions/incentives. The sales guy out right told me that there are no promotions for cx-9 (2008)?? May be he thought I'm dumb or he himself is dumb. I'm a serious buyer and the sales guy did not look serious at all. He did not even ask my name or phone#. It seemed odd especially in this market as he has atleast 10-15 cx9's on the lot. But he told me that there could be some incentives in November. Could there be more incentives coming? If so, I can wait till november. Any similar news from other dealerships??

Replying to: ryster (Oct 19, 2008 7:32 am) In addition to what ryster said, From what I read, for 2009, the Bluetooth on the GT has A2DP support, meaning you can stream your audio (dual channels L/R for stereo) to the stereo of your CX9 w/o going thru aux jack. I have read the posts and it seems that 10K discount for loaded 08 GT's is what folks are getting. I have two questions: The lowest quote i have received is 2008 Mazda CX-9 FWD Grand Touring Model Blind Spot Monitoring System GT Assist Package Rear Seat Entertainment System With Bose Sound Compass Auto Dimming Mirror with Homelink Tinted Windows Wheel Locks Copper Red Mica Sand Leather Seats Price $31,089   1) I calculated the MSRP for the options above and it comes to $38415, this does not include the Wheel locks & Compass Auto Dimming Mirror with Homelink. Are they standard on the GT Touring or additional options? Does anybody know how much do these two options cost? 2) Based on current market conditions, how much should be the ideal price for the vehicle above? Should it be $38415 less $10,000 plus cost for Wheel locks & Compass Auto Dimming Mirror with Homelink? 3) What are the financing options made available by Mazda for October? Will really appreciate any replies to my questions. Replying to: ceric (Oct 19, 2008 9:25 pm) On the 2009, the streaming bluetooth is part of the navigation package. It is not standard on any model and not available at all on the Sport. For $2300, I'm fine with using the plug than a potentially lossy bluetooth connection for my music.

Replying to: skr2 (Oct 20, 2008 2:11 pm) 1. you should not have to calculate the MSRP. use the window sticker, or get the vin# and look up the vehicle using the search inventory function at mazdausa.com. but w/the extra features (mirrow/lock, which are not standard) it should be 39,590MSRP. mirror is $240, locks $50.   2. you should get $10k off 39590.   3. financing is 0% for 60 months, but you'll have to give up $4000 -- run the numbers on the edmunds calculator, but it's probably better to take cash.
