Replying to: hudsonthedog (Aug 29, 2007 8:59 am) For some reason, the Carlisle car show season seems to throw off my perception of the seasons. I usually go up for the Spring swapmeet, Ford, GM, Mopar, and Fall. The Ford show is usually the first weekend in June, and still seems like springtime to me. Then the GM show, which is usually the weekend after Father's Day, still seems like the start to summer. But once the Chrysler show comes, which is in early July, it just seems like summer's over after that. Nevermind the fact that there's still 2+ months of hot weather to be had! Seems like more often than not, it rains for that Hershey show. And the cars tend to pull out early enough as it is. We rarely get to see everything. |
