i have replaced the fan motor the resitior and the control panel but still no fan motor i have power to the control panel. went down to the wrecking yard and tried several different ones but still no fan motor any idea's on what could be going on this is a 2004 ram 1500 5.7 liter

My mechanic is having a dickens of a time removing the edges of the old broken steel straps on the D150 318 engine model. ALso, having trouble fitting on the new straps. Any solutions or thoughts?
