| Hi...we have a 2005 V8 that has had no problems and gets better gas mileage than my sister's 2004 T6...both fully loaded with 3 row seating. I think the V8 is really worth it especially since it has a much better trans than the earlier T6. Just my humble opinion! | |

2006 xc90 2.5T,5 cylinder 54k miles dvd player rear park assist Dealer sticker price 25k(before tax). I have seen around 19k offered for a similar vehicle in other edmunds forums. This is central NJ, What can we really offer? Thanks much for the advise.

So $17k retail would be ALL the money. Unless its CPO. If you do ask volvomax, he'll need to know major options besides DVD. If it has 3rd row, then it has Versatility pack. If it has heated seats, it has Climate pack. Oh, and does it have AWD? If its missing these things, its probably worth even less than my estimate. |

Looking to purchase a 2005 XC90 2.5Twith 75K miles. Price delivred including shipping is 12K. Got the dealer to add 1 yr BASIC warrenty for free. is this a good deal? Should i be cocnred with the high mileage? Any of you out there kept the XC90 for that long? I appreciate a quick repsonce. thanks.

After my personal experience with a new 2004 xc90, i wouldnt buy one new, and certainly wouldnt consider a used one. I've got 77k miles and i'm on my 4th set of tires and second set of brakes (and i downshift in manual mode ALOT). Add to that the leaking angle gear box that just put me out $700, and the infamous "deck error" on the cd changer which turns it into useless junk and a $700 replacement(volvo knows about the problem possibly caused by listening to burned cd's, but that info appears nowhere in manuals, possibly because on average it only breaks down after the warranty is up).
