I have a 2002 f250, 5.4, auto, 4x4, it runs fine down the road. When I start it, and it warms, sometimes it will idle, when I put it in gear,( drive or reverse) it will cut off. When on the solus scanner, every time it cuts off it gives a output speed sensor code. Have replace the speed sensors (trans and rear), iac is new. Anyone have an idea,it will be appreciated.

I just purchased a 02 Ford F350 with the triton gas engine (225,000 miles). I have put about 100 miles on it and now it stalls out at 30 to 40 mph. It seems as if it is not getting the fuel it needs. When I push the petal to the floor the engine makes a poping noise. If I barely mash the petal I can keep the rpm around 2000 and 30 to 40 mph but after that it just stalls. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I own a f350 6.0 reg cab pick up, four months ago the truck started to shut down while I let off the accelerator. So I took it to a local shop so called injector specialist, they told me replacing all the injectors would fix the problem. Here I am 4 months later and still experiencing the same problem after spending nearly 15k on repairs. The problem would occur every other day, so I reached out to the injectors specialist. They told me that the FICUM was bad(keep in mind every other day it was something different) then bad cam sensor, bad harness for sensors, wiring harness for injectors, egr cooler, second set of injectors, O'rings, no oil pressure. I could go on but, Sunday it did it again when it died for the 20th time! Called them again and they quoted me $3100 to replace the high oil pressure pump. So I took it to a different tech across town and he installed the pump today for $200. So the problem continues. Can anyone help. Please!!!!

At my wits end with this truck....Inherited this truck after my dad passed away.
Last February (2011) we had a horrific freeze which cause the diesel to gel, even with anti-gel in it (-40F). It hasn't ran right since. It started out to where you could drive for a ways before it would mess up, now you can't even make it a mile down the road.
It idle's ok and runs ok at speeds up to 20mph ish. After that, it starts cutting out like it is running out of fuel. If you let it set for about 5 minutes, it will start up and run again for a mile or so.
We have replaced fuel filter, and fuel pump with no success. Dropped the fuel tank where we found the sock floating in black gunk. Completely drained, cleaned, blowed the air out of the lines, and filled back up with fresh fuel. Ran really good. Drove it to work (50 miles),ran it at 65-70 mph, ran wonderful. About 7 miles heading back home, it started messing up again, doing the same thing. Thought maybe there was some residual gunk that broke up, replaced the fuel filter again, still nothing. Drained the oil from the high pressure oil pump which was extremely thick, ran 4 cycles of fresh oil in it. and replaced the injection pressure regulator valve....Still nothing.....
Out of ideas but really need the truck back ASAP

It did this a week or so ago but after running rough it straightened out and ran ok. Today it stalled and won't restart. Fuel filter? Cam sensor? No indicator lights are on. Could it be a fuse?
