It didn't look like they could have done it by using a cover over existing upholstery. Supposedly, they even replace the fabric that is on the door arm rests on the CR-V. On the Civic that we saw, it really was a very nicely done job.   But definitely not cheap. I think he said that if you didn't want the heated seats it would have been about $1200.   I did find a company on the web that looked like it was probably the one that actually did the work. I think they were based in Vancouver BC, but they had a plant in Blaine, WA. But it looked they might work primarily through dealers.
