Location, location, location... or at least the location of places to refuel If they can work out the fuel infrastructure and production, I think hydrogen could be practical as a fuel. |

Replying to: s550iwish (Jul 29, 2007 8:22 pm) 1)the new bluetech engines which should be available on Mercedes models no later than 09 will have zero emissions, 2)diesels can be run on anything some of which have no negative affects to the envt. 3)The hydrogen BMW is not fully refined and may never be, the tank uses lots of space reducing rear seat passenger room. 4)although this is already in production considering BMW is starting to work with diesel engines it could be inferred that hydrogen technology is likely to go down as just good thinking, but inability to get into action ultimately lead to its death. |

Check youtube for 'water car' and you will find lots of folks making hydrogen from water, using very little electricity. it works and it makes hydrogen that is injectable in your current engine. it emitts only water as well. see companies in canada like hy-drive.com which makes a water electrolizer for vehicles that gets you double the mileage and reduces emissions by 80%. why are they in canada? because the US is controlled by oil companies. we all need to do this ourselves. the car companies and governments will not allow us to buy a car that runs on water. do it yourself and free yourself of the oil man and stop ruining our air.
