They are hardly all the same.A four wheel drive SUV will not have the same issues as a small 4 door sedan.A vehicle with a 4 cylinder engine might have different issues than a V6 or a V8...An automatic has different issues than a manual transmission equipped sports car.In other words,it really gives very little useful information.
