The second time they tried to do the same thing and I said I was in already for that. They called technical support and had to order a new brake "booster"/box. We were leaving for vacation the next day and she told me that it was "unsafe" to drive the truck, apparently the first time they didn't care? They said the part was about $1200. Replying to: waterdog3 (Oct 29, 2009 8:45 am) I owned a 2005, I finally had enough and filed a breach of warrant suit. It is basically the same as the lemon law. It was filed due to my vehicle having over 15k miles. A lemon law attorney did the work. I never met face to face every thing was done over the computer and the mail. I was able to sell that piece of shit back to the dealer. Every state sets the limits on the amounts. I advise everyone to contact a lemon law attorney. I was able to show I had the vehicle back to the dealer 3x in one year for the same problem (the Brakes) . Good Luck !!!
