Replying to: estamper (Dec 15, 2007 10:06 pm) On some cars in the past there was a piece of rubber rube around one torsion bar. It was about 6 inches long or less--just enough to keep them from touching. I'll bet yours should have had one from the factory. That would cause a noise in an area hard to diagnose and you would only hear it under certain bumps and movements while driving!

Has anyone had trouble with the outdoor temp. sensor? Mine sometimes registers a false reading.

Replying to: nugba (Nov 07, 2006 12:45 pm) We have a 2008 Lucerne that has had the battery run-down problem. This happened after the car sat for 3 or 4 days. Had it back to the dealer 3 times. They could find nothing, but did install a new battery. Interesting that it was mentioned in another reply that the ONSTAR was the problem. I too am having onstar problems, which the dealer is yet to resolve. Guess I'd better print this off and take it to the dealer.
