Replying to: germancarfan1 (Nov 02, 2006 10:51 am) I guess not. Maybe you tested a new one. It becomes softer after 5,000 miles. Mine is on 8,300 now. I think it needs a break-in. Some say, Yaris is much noisier.

Replying to: hatchbackfreak (Jun 17, 2007 5:46 pm) Hyundai's CVVT Alpha II engine used in the 2006+ Accent is also used in the 2006+ Rio, which shares the same platform as the Accent. So it's a Hyundai engine, but used by Kia also.
