I am sorry to hear that you have the same problems and I can't help. I have visited the Lee's Summit Honda dealer for so many times for the same problems, but they always tell me "everything is normal", "that's the character of the design". Right now, the service manager is so mad with me because the survey report card he received from me is so low and refused to repair my car. I've called Honda and got a case number just in case I have everything ready to file a complaint against the service manager at Lee's Summit Honda.
