DaimlerChrysler Introduces First Fuel-Cell Cop Car     The vehicle has a range of about 100 miles and a top speed of 85 mph, the company said in a statement. The electric motor develops 88 horsepower and accelerates from zero to 60 mph in 16 seconds. The F-Cell vehicle will be refueled at NextEnergy's new hydrogen-fueling station in Detroit.
