Replying to: lakewood90712 (Jun 25, 2006 5:17 am) large us brand cars, and VERY expensive.   I think mostly for government agencies. I know the Navy has a lot of CNG conversion trucks. Many of the buses & taxis in San Diego are CNG. I think the high cost is mainly the tank and the certification process. I do not think you can legally convert your own car to CNG without getting it certified.

Maybe they are going to upgrade it?   Also, Sand Canyon in the city of Irvine is down from the 9th to the 13th for an "upgrade". I saw additional storage tanks, compressors and driers being installed. Yesterdays price $2.49 Azusa, great fill and $1.97!!
