That's easy - First, it would be really neat if the car didn't flood every time it rained heavily, despite all the free new carpet.
 
And this is the only car I've ever driven that has no indicator when you have left your headlights lights on.

If I was changing anything about the current V50 it would be the lack of a Manual Transmission. If I have to replace my V50 it will not be with another V50 unless they decide to put the 6spd back in.
 
Also, I would love to see a True "R" version with upgrade performance numbers.
 
I'm not sure about the Headlight beep. I have never turned them off since I bought the car. I just turn the ignition off and the Headlights go out.
 
One last one. I would like to see every option as an ala carte choice. I hate being forced into a certain package to get other things that I want.
