I would also strongly recommend you take the other motorist to small claims court for the $600 you are out by having it fixed at Toyota (or wherever you end up going) So sorry to hear about your accident, but at least you are okay. To answer your immediate question, it is worth it to fix the car.

I have a "general question". When I car company has a "low interest" rate does the dealer participate in the price?
